YOUR OFF-ROAD TRAINING IN FRANCE

2 steps - 160 km
1/2 • Training on private ground
After a quick briefing with the off-road ride instructor, you get on your bikes and begin your closed-course skills training. On the program: Maneuvering on loose terrain in both low- and high-speed conditions, handling hills, slow riding, braking, standing, with all workshops tailored to your expectations and your level.
2/2 • Rando
Today you'll take your new skills and put them into practice. After a quick debrief with your expedition leader, you will head out to explore the beautiful trails of Beaujolais. We cross the villages of the 10 Beaujolais wines: Brouilly, Juliénas, Chiroubles, Morgon, Saint-Amour. We continue north along forest tracks to the Roche de Solutré.

  • a Royal Enfield Himalayan 411cc motorbike (recent model)

  • Fuel

  • Supervision in the field: the first day of the course with a qualified instructor from the Fédération Française de Motocyclisme (FFM).

  • Compulsory insurance: insurance covering local medical expenses for motorcyclists not affiliated to the French social security system

  • A refundable security deposit of €600 per pilot

  • Off-road motorbike equipment (full-face helmet, boots, reinforced gloves, etc.)

Our courses take place on private land and/or on small rolling roads and tracks. There is no assistance vehicle; in the event of an accident, the participants and/or the guide will contact the public emergency services as soon as possible (fire brigade, ambulance). Unstable telephone networks may occasionally make it difficult to contact the emergency services. As with any adventure itinerary, the difficulty of the route depends on the weather conditions, both during and before the course.
