The Vintage Rides Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Programme”) is offered by Vintage Rides (hereinafter the “Organiser”) to all its customers (hereinafter “Riders”), enabling them to enjoy exclusive benefits based on the total number of kilometres travelled during their trips.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and participation in the Programme. They supplement the Vintage Rides General Terms & Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) applicable to all trips. Should any contradiction arise, the GTC shall prevail.
Participation in the Programme constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Anyone who does not accept the Terms cannot participate in the Programme.
Joining the Programme is free of charge and automatic once a Rider has completed their first trip with Vintage Rides.
By taking part, Riders accept these Terms without reservation. Riders wishing to decline participation must notify the Organiser in writing (by registered post or email to the designated address). Upon receipt, the Rider will be removed from the Programme.
The Programme is open to any individual completing their first trip with Vintage Rides.
Membership is automatic and free upon signing the initial travel contract.
Participation is personal and non-transferable. Benefits obtained through the Programme cannot be assigned, gifted, or transferred to any third party.
The Programme is based on the total number of kilometres completed during trips with Vintage Rides.
As Riders accumulate kilometres, they unlock status tiers that grant access to specific benefits.
The status levels are as follows:
| Status | Qualification |
|---|---|
| Traveller | Automatically awarded after the first trip |
| Adventurer | Awarded upon reaching 2,000 km |
| Explorer | Awarded upon reaching 3,500 km |
| Pioneer | Awarded after surpassing 10,000 km |
A detailed summary of benefits is available via the link provided.
Vintage Rides reserves the right to amend, update, or discontinue the Programme at any time — including mileage thresholds, status levels, and associated benefits — without compensation or financial claims from Participants.
Any significant change to these Terms will be communicated to Riders through appropriate means (email, website, etc.). Continuing to take part in the Programme after such communication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Riders who do not accept the updated Terms must notify the Organiser in writing, which will result in their removal from the Programme.
Personal data collected and processed within the Programme is used to manage membership, track kilometres travelled, and allocate benefits.
This data may also be used for marketing communication, subject to the Rider’s prior consent. It may be shared with external service providers or partners — including those located outside the European Union — in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
In accordance with the GDPR and applicable national legislation, each Rider has the right to access, rectify, oppose, or delete their personal data. Requests must be submitted with proof of identity to:
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunction, unavailability, or removal of Programme benefits.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any Rider in cases of fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
The Organiser’s liability is strictly limited to providing the benefits effectively available and described within the Programme.
Programme benefits, rewards, and status levels have no monetary value.
They may not be sold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or converted — in whole or in part — into cash or into any product or service not expressly defined by Vintage Rides.
