As someone who has ridden and restored motorcycles for the most part of the last 50 years, but who has never ridden off-road at all, this was the perfect first experience for me! The quality of the organisation, logistics, accommodation and instructor/guide, coupled with the perfect motorcycle for the job, allowed me to both enjoy the experience to the max whilst also leaving me to fully focus on the riding, learning a huge amount about the techiques needed, but also about my own capabilities and limits, all the time feeling perfectly secure! There is a lot to say (all good) David was outstanding, the group were all very nice people. The countryside of Beaujolais region is a beautiful place to ride (I will be back) .. David's tuition was excellent and the trails are a good mix of severity. None are crazy hard (so don't worry) all are very enjoyable. The stops for lunch are very good indeed. The short visit to the Morgon museum was very interesting. (Thank you the hostess there) .. Overall .. if you are reading this and thinking about it ... do it.
