Cappadocia is world famous for its landscapes, but it's by moving away from the must-sees that you discover another side of the region: tracks, valleys, high plateaus and small roads crossing much less visited territory. It's precisely this mix of Cappadocia's great landscapes and lesser-known stretches that makes a motorcycle trip in Turkey so worthwhile.
