Very nice road trip in a country with contrasting landscapes between the mountainous north and the green south. I would have liked to spend more time in Mustang at over 3,000 meters. Professional guide and very friendly group.

Last point re the trip, The first 2-3 days had a lot of riding in traffic on main roads. This was not clear in the itinerary and was the worst part of the trip. You should look at changing this. Also Deepak made many small changes along the way which was great to give us the better riding experience and see a few things more.

I enjoyed the trip but sadly wouldn't go with Vintage Rides again. This was because of the language issue. The 'linga franca' of the group was French and because of this at the end of a long day everyone wanted to chat in their native language. Which meant that i and the other Mike were 'thrown together ' somewhat. Not a problem but a little limiting. The riding was harder than I expected. My fault i think...i forgot that my last off road racing was over 15 years ago. Next time something a little more relaxing preferably with paved roads.

Tough but very enjoyable…… Great memories
