Beyond the Mekong
The trip to Thailand Laos beat all of my expectations for this trip. The views from the mountains were spectacular and the rides offered just the right amount of variety and challenges. I have already convinced another rider to do the trip!

Thank you? for this wonderful trip to Laos, full of color? and emotion? The kindness, the smiles, the unexpected sharing of their daily lives and the generosity of? of all the people we met along the way. ???? Thank you Hans and Vintage for giving us the opportunity to experience all these extraordinary moments....pure happiness, where the magic worked as much for the landscapes as for the encounters with these beautiful people, rich in heart.

Beyond the Mekong
Personal note as there is no place for this: The mix of single rider and motorcycle couple doesn't work. Roads full of potholes or unpaved are not suitable for uninformed duos often in difficulty. Is the required level of riding experience analyzed? The request to provide a tip seemed to many of us like a second salary, and made us feel uncomfortable. Given the price of the trip, you're supposed to pay the local staff properly, and all the more so for a European guide, as he wasn't a guide, logically paid on European bases. As far as I'm concerned, the price should be all-inclusive, but it's up to each person to give more depending on the event. For the guestbook: It's a great trip with nothing to worry about! The two guides were very kind and considerate, the off-road aspect had not been specified (it made up a good part of the trip) but gave us the opportunity to discover back roads and beautiful landscapes, villages far from tourist destinations, and to have fun on the bikes at everyone's own pace. It is, however, a destination to be avoided by couples. The group atmosphere was excellent, thanks to its small size and the kindness of its leader Hans.

I'd like to make a personal comment because you don't allow free expression. Point 1 is for you, point 2 for the guestbook. Point 1: The level of the drivers was different and at times the group hummed along behind a slow driver. Hanz then adapted during the course of the trip. Could you please let us know on what ethical basis you employ local staff: drivers, mechanics and guides. The amount of the recommended tip left the impression that we were giving them a salary they didn't have. This is probably not accurate, but it was not clear to each member of the group, as we freely exchanged views on the subject and none of us was really informed. Your commitment to transparency should be displayed when we sign up. Point 2: for the guest book A different kind of trip, very well taken care of and logistics, surrounded by competent people. Laos is an easy country that lends itself particularly well to drivers who want to have fun on the off-road. I'll keep an excellent memory.

Anatolian Treasures
all good but - expensive for only 5 days riding - french people and french language dominate the group - offroad was almost nil. At least one day there should be an offroad day. Those who prefer paved roads can go with the mechanic and all others do offroad with the guide

The Wonders of the Atlas Mountains
Once again the english speakers were in the minority. I was assured there would be more Brits. There were not. I will be unlikely to come again if once again there are very few english speakers. My french is very limited and so conversing is hard work inspite of the french trying hard in some instances. This week it was only towards the end that things got going. It was not helped by the fact 5 of the 7 french came from the same area and knew each other. Etienne tried very hard and was aware. ...but...

Primo contact vintage rides with Reshad at the Mutuelle des Motards in Aubière (63). Thank you for guiding us through a country that quickly made us forget all the prohibitions that are increasingly imposed on us by our so-called modern societies. Freedom, understanding and hospitality are the first words that best characterize this short but intense stay in Morocco!
Vintage Rides' response

Un grand merci pour ton retour Philippe ! On espère que ce voyage au Maroc t'a laissé des souvenirs inoubliables. A très bientôt pour une nouvelle expérience pleine de liberté. Alexane, Orlane, Magalie et Astrid.
