The one big downside to this…

The one big downside to this trip was the ratio of nationalities. Besides myself there was only one other non-French person. So the conversation among the group was mostly in French, a language I don't speak, so most of the time I sat there and listened to words I didn't understand. The next trip I take I will first have to make sure that it's a more balanced group that has signed up. Otherwise I won't be going.

It exceeded my expectations. The bikes were great, the routes were more challenging and enjoyable, the accommodation was superb. the organisation was faultless. The icing on the cake for me, being English, was mixing with French and Belgium riders. All made me very welcome with the cultural differences being a joy to experience. A trip that ticked all my boxes!
