The Wild Spirit of the Steppe
It was a great trip. The support team were excellent. the group was great fun. the country amazing. my one proper criticism is (a) we could have ridden further - 3pm finishes on two days! and (b) we could have ridden harder - I was in my comfort zone for 98% of the time (and we were only guided out of my comfort zone once). I appreciate there are riders with different levels of confidence and appetite but I think that could be accommodated.
Vintage Rides' response

Richard, Thank you so much for your feedback! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the trip, the support team, the group, and the amazing country. We've taken note of your points regarding the riding schedule and intensity, and we’ll certainly consider them as we work to improve and refine our courses in the future. We understand the importance of finding the right balance for riders with different levels of confidence and appetite, and we’re committed to making adjustments where possible. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even more challenging and rewarding ride! Alexane, Orlane, Magalie, and Astrid.

On the Roads of Ceylon
We found that the options to do alternative activities were impossible as we arrived too late to take part. Not enough time was given to the cultural sights. We did not get to see Galle, swim with turtles, visit any local craft places. There was no proper welcome at our hotel, no welcome drink at the meeting, we had to ask for at least water yo be provided with meals, too much time was taken up eating lunch for the first few days until Kali taking a hint from the group made it a light lunch and a drink. It was impossible to eat anywhere but the hotel so we were trapped into paying for their meals and drinks. We should have evening meals included where this is the case. It made us feel the trip was expensive for what you charged. We missed out on some of the more usual tourist options. This did not mean we were more interactive with locals but just spending a lot of time on off road situations and riding between hotels.

South Africa: The Wild Escape
Loved the trip. One thing i particularly love, and some others might not, is giving back to the communities i am riding in. think you could incorporate more of this into the trip. the best day of my holiday was going on a township tour in cape town and being able to help a local kindergarten there. for people like me there might be more suggestions or opportunities along the trip to give back. i would also would have loved to have done some more challenging riding, but there was such a diversity of riding experience int he group this might not be possible. but oh my, the tracks we did in the four wheel drive when we went on the mini safari, would have loved to gone for a blast on them on the bike :-) awesome tour though. the only thing i would have skipped it the colonial ghost town we stayed in, cant remember the name, would have preferred to spend another night in the wine regions and maybe doing some more off road riding on more technical dirt roads. but thats just me being picky! loved the tour. Cheers Ali

Met a great group of people as you always seem to on bike tours. The Safari was not great, probably have preferred to visit the Elephant sanctuary and also I would have liked to perhaps visit the turtles and a boat trip would have been great to help break up the riding a bit.

The Routes of Hinduism
I had the best time, the trip was everything I was hoping for, and I would recommend VR to bikers wishing to travel to India. I am not sure that we will be going with you again, only because our next big trip will probably be to New Zealand without a guide. We're not looking to go to your other destinations yet, but maybe in the future sometime.

On the Roads of Ceylon
my only criticism was we had one rider with nearly no motorcycle experience who as a result slowed the entire group down. Just need to make sure peoples riding experience matches the trip
