Thank you for your feedback Murray. We aim to strike a balance between safety, group cohesion, and the local road conditions, which can sometimes limit how fast we can go. In certain regions, even on bitumen roads, we need to consider varying traffic, unpredictable hazards, and the riding comfort of all participants. That said, we take your point seriously and will look into how we can allow for more flexibility in speed, where conditions safely permit. Also, the particular circumstances of your trip, requiring the change of the tour leader, might have affected this aspect of the tour, which is something exceptionnal.
