Oases and Peaks at World’s End
Some communications with Michelle were mis leading. Main issue was in relation to having power available at accommodation and for how long. Also we were sent an email saying no power banks were permitted on flight to Leh which wasn't the case as you could take them in carry on just not checked luggage. The guides supplied for tours of Delhi and Agra seemed untrustworthy and tryed to push us into visiting all their friends shops to pressure sell items we didn't want. It would have been great to know in advance about amount of tips required to be paid and also the costs to attend each of the attractions. Also seemed questionable that most the hotels and restaurants we were taken and also the hire bikes used in Ladakh were all owned by the same person? Special mention for Nit the guide in training as he was most genuine and wouldn't even accept our tip at end of tour. He went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable.

On the Roads of Ceylon
We found that the options to do alternative activities were impossible as we arrived too late to take part. Not enough time was given to the cultural sights. We did not get to see Galle, swim with turtles, visit any local craft places. There was no proper welcome at our hotel, no welcome drink at the meeting, we had to ask for at least water yo be provided with meals, too much time was taken up eating lunch for the first few days until Kali taking a hint from the group made it a light lunch and a drink. It was impossible to eat anywhere but the hotel so we were trapped into paying for their meals and drinks. We should have evening meals included where this is the case. It made us feel the trip was expensive for what you charged. We missed out on some of the more usual tourist options. This did not mean we were more interactive with locals but just spending a lot of time on off road situations and riding between hotels.

Met a great group of people as you always seem to on bike tours. The Safari was not great, probably have preferred to visit the Elephant sanctuary and also I would have liked to perhaps visit the turtles and a boat trip would have been great to help break up the riding a bit.

my only criticism was we had one rider with nearly no motorcycle experience who as a result slowed the entire group down. Just need to make sure peoples riding experience matches the trip

On the Roads of Ceylon
On this trip we were often tied to the hotels we stayed at for evening meal. I would have preferred if Vintage had paid for the evening meal and not lunch and left us with an option of taking lunch or not. Big lunches can make the afternoon ride tiring. This is the most expensive trip I have done and you could do with investing those monies on improving the infrastructure. The backup jeep will only take 1 rider if there is a problem and during our trip we had 2 riders who had need of that seat, fortunately not at the same time. Also the support guys only just managed to squeeze the passenger luggage into the vehicle... kudos to them. You need a bigger support vehicle. Was very surprised that although there was water provided during the ride it was not chilled. By the afternoon that water was more than tepid. Not so pleasant. Maybe invest in a coolbox? As said previously the GPS used by Kali needs upgrading!

The Big Crossing
As usual another brilliant ride and most of all making new friends from France that I am sure will remain biker mates for life.

The Spices Route
I was the only non-french speaker on the tour so it was difficult to be part of the group, some people spoke a little english but nobody was fluent so conversations didn't really take off.
