I was unaware that the nightly group feedback would to some extent determine the following day’s ride eg increasing the off-road distance. This would not have been my choice so I think customers should be made aware of this possibility

A great trip, a great atmosphere! It would be good to validate the level of the bikers because we had a grey problem with two bikers who didn't have the level...it was very stressful and dangerous.

Merci Sophie pour ton retour. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour filtrer en amont avec nos riders lors des échanges téléphoniques afin de constituer des groupes homogènes. Cependant, il est parfois difficile d’atteindre une homogénéité parfaite, d’autant que le niveau de pilotage reste une notion subjective.
