The Trans-Himalayan
It was a fabulous trip. Whilst I was pretty well prepared, I think there could be more emphasis on the website and email briefings on the need to provide for wet and cold conditions. Some of the party were not as well prepared. Also, I asked in advance whether the hotel in Leh could do laundry. I was advised not. Actually, they did. This could have cut down on my packing had I known.

Did exactly what it said on the tin - a great adventure. Excellent organisation and leadership, great bunch of people (team and riders). Superb scenery. Challenging roads, especially when combined with altitude.
