VINTAGE RIDES CLUB – Terms of Use

Preamble

The Vintage Rides Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) is offered by Vintage Rides (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) to all of its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Riders”) to provide them with exclusive benefits based on the total number of kilometers ridden during their trips.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern participation in and access to the Program. They supplement the Vintage Rides General Terms & Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) applicable to all trips. In the event of any conflict, the GTC shall prevail.

Participation in the Program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Anyone who does not agree to the Terms will not be eligible to participate in the Program.

Article 1 – Eligibility & Acceptance

Enrollment in the Program is free and automatic as soon as a Rider completes their first trip with Vintage Rides.

By participating, Riders accept these Terms without reservation. Riders who wish to decline participation must notify the Organizer in writing (postal mail or email sent to the address provided). Upon receipt of the request, the Rider will be removed from the Program.

Article 2 – Access & Program Structure

Access Requirements

The Program is open to any individual who completes their first trip with Vintage Rides.

Enrollment is automatic and free of charge upon signing the first travel contract.

Participation is personal and non-transferable. Benefits awarded under the Program may not be assigned, gifted, or transferred to any third party.

Program Mechanics

The Program is based on the total number of kilometers completed during Vintage Rides trips.

As riders accumulate kilometers, they unlock status levels that grant access to specific benefits.

Article 3 – Changes & Program Termination

Vintage Rides may amend, update, or discontinue the Program at any time — including mileage thresholds, status levels, and associated benefits — without compensation or financial claims by participants.

Any substantial changes to these Terms will be communicated to Riders through appropriate means (email, website updates, etc.). Continued participation in the Program after such communication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a Rider does not accept the updated Terms, they must notify the Organizer in writing, and their participation in the Program will be terminated.

Article 4 – Personal Data

Personal data collected and processed within the Program is used for the management of membership, mileage tracking, and benefit allocation.

This data may also be used for marketing communications with the Rider’s prior consent. It may be shared with external service providers or partners — including those outside the European Union — in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

In accordance with the GDPR and French data protection regulations, each Rider has the right to access, correct, oppose, or delete their personal data. Requests must be submitted with proof of identity to:

Article 5 – Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, malfunctions, or temporary unavailability of the Program or any related benefits.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Rider in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

The Organizer’s liability is strictly limited to providing the Program benefits as described and only when they are available.

Article 6 – No Cash Value

Program benefits, rewards, and status levels have no monetary value.

They may not be sold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or converted — in whole or in part — into cash or into any service or product not expressly defined by Vintage Rides.
